- Proven experience as a UX Writer, Content Designer, or similar role within a product or design team.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent writing skills and user-centred content design across digital platforms (web, mobile, etc.).
- Expert knowledge of writing for digital products, and other interface content.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and experience collaborating with designers, product teams, and engineers.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate and advocate for content design decisions.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, or Adobe XD.
- Experience conducting or collaborating on user research and interpreting data to inform content decisions.
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of content strategy, tone of voice, and content governance best practices.
- Ability to write in a variety of tones, from formal to conversational, depending on the target audience and platform.
