Job Title: Training Coordinator – Arabic Speaker

Job Summary:

We are actively seeking a skilled and experienced Training Coordinator with 2 to 3 years of proven expertise, specifically fluent in Arabic. In this role, the candidate will play a pivotal part in coordinating training programs, both internally and externally, ensuring seamless communication with Arabic-speaking stakeholders. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for organizing, implementing, and overseeing various training initiatives, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and liaising with external vendors to ensure the successful execution of learning and development programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Training Program Coordination:
    • Arrange and coordinate training sessions for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication in Arabic.
    • Collaborate with different departments to gather yearly training requests.
    • Book appropriate rooms and venues for training programs.
  2. Logistics Management:
    • Successfully manage the logistics of training programs, ensuring timely preparation and delivery of all materials and resources.
    • Monitor the progress of learning solutions to ensure they meet the needs of staff.
  3. Vendor and Stakeholder Communication:
    • Liaise with external vendors and coaches for various training programs, facilitating communication in Arabic.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to confirm budgets and align training programs with organizational goals.
  4. Learning Solutions Development:
    • Collaborate with platforms such as LinkedIn Learning and SAP Success Factors to develop and implement tailored learning solutions for staff at all levels, considering Arabic language requirements.
    • Assist in the design and implementation of training initiatives to enhance employee retention and overall company performance.
  5. Marketing and Participation:
    • Effectively market training sessions, communicating their benefits in Arabic to increase participation.
    • Utilize strong organizational skills to manage educational materials inventory, optimizing budget allocation.
  6. Documentation and Planning:
    • Prepare annual training plans and calendars, ensuring all documentation is available in Arabic.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of training offerings and industry trends.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, HR, or a related field.
  2. 2 to 3 years of experience in coordinating corporate training events.
  3. Proficiency in HRIS Technologies, SAP Success Factors, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  4. Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
  5. Knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation.
  6. Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques.
  7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with proficiency in Arabic.
  8. Goal-oriented with a focus on problem-solving.
  9. Experience with learning management systems and web delivery tools.
  10. Time management skills to ensure timely and efficient coordination of training programs.
