Technical Project Manager

BITECH hiring for a Technical Project Manager with 10+ years of experience in Mobile & Web architecture with clouds

Role and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain our Mobile application’s, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with product managers, front-end developers, and data engineers to define and implement forecasting management and optimization features
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while following best coding practices and standards
• People management – should be able to handle team of 50+ developers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance
• Actively participate in presales activity, Understanding the project requirement, estimating the requirement, solutioning the requirement.
• Should be able to handle multiple project delivery technically. Should be able to work with project manager and help coordinate with team for assignment.
• Good communication is the key, should know when, where and what to communicate

Qualification :

• Should understand mobility in detail, should have good understanding of Android and IOS Native application development.
• Having cross platform experience is must, should have sound knowledge of React Native/Flutter/Xamarin. Having workable experience of HTML, CSS, JS, ReactJs and component is must
• Understanding of low code platform like Outsystems or Mendix is must.
• Should have good understanding of current market trend like AI, ML, Metaverse, IOT, GenAI etc.
• Good at designing the scalable architecture, should have given the solution for at least 3 mobile apps with 100,000 Downloads.
• Should have good understanding of 3rd party SDK integration, Advertisement, Location, Maps, TTS, STT, Media Streaming, Tracking, Chatbot Integration etc.
• Should have worked on Location enabled services, Bluetooth communication, secured network communication, understanding of other hardware is a plus.
• Should have good understanding of User management using Okta or Firebase, should have good understanding of Notification, Permission Management, Kiosk Development.
• Should have good understanding Application security, Network security, Data Security, Code obfuscation, Code review, Penetration is must.
• Should have basic understanding of API development using any technology.
• Should have released the builds on AppStore and Good play.
• Understanding App analytics is must, should understand user sentiment analysis, App analysis, crashlytics, A/B Testing tools etc.
• Should have presales experience, should have participated in Project estimation, Deal defense, proposals.
• Should have experience managing developers and Tech leads and should understand delivery.
• Sound knowledge of project management tools like Jira, Fisheye, confluence, Bitbucket, GitHub, Gitlab is must.

Good to Have:

• Understanding of cloud infrastructure.
• Understanding of Web development, knowledge of Angular, Typescript, ReactJs, Java/J2ee, NodeJs etc.
