About the role: 

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing, implementing, and managing complex enterprise networks and data center environments. This role requires leadership capabilities to manage projects from planning to execution, along with a collaborative mind-set to work with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and support enterprise network solutions across LAN, WAN, voice, and wireless technologies.
  • Manage and troubleshoot Cisco IP telephony systems, including voice/video infrastructure and Jabber.
  • Handle data center operations including cabling, racking, switching, and power planning.
  • Work with and configure switches from multiple vendors: Cisco, HPE, Aruba, Juniper, and Dell.
  • Manage and deploy HPE Aruba wireless solutions across all components (controllers, APs, AirWave, ClearPass, etc.).
  • Deploy and support Broadcom NSX and VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) environments.
  • Hands-on management of F5 load balancers and application delivery controllers.
  • Manage DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) environments using Infoblox.
  • Work with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Core42.
  • Execute IT network projects end-to-end, including documentation, stakeholder coordination, and delivery.
  • Ensure high availability, performance tuning, and security of the network infrastructure.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise networking or similar roles.
  • Strong expertise in Cisco IP telephony, video conferencing, and Jabber.
  • Proven experience in deploying and managing Broadcom NSX and VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF).
  • Solid experience in enterprise data centers: structured cabling, hardware deployment, patching, and troubleshooting.
  • Deep technical knowledge of multi-vendor switching platforms (HPE, Aruba, Juniper, Cisco, Dell).
  • Advanced hands-on experience with HPE Aruba wireless ecosystem.
  • Hands-on experience with F5 products (LTM, GTM, APM modules preferred).
  • Knowledge and experience with Infoblox and DDI services.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Core42 Cloud environments.
