We are hiring a Security Specialist (ISR & SOC) to strengthen our cybersecurity operations and information security risk management. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring security events, investigating incidents, conducting security risk assessments, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity regulations, and supporting the organization’s overall security posture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor SIEM platforms such as Splunk for security threats and anomalies.
• Investigate security incidents, unauthorized access attempts, and endpoint alerts.
• Analyze endpoint data using EDR/XDR solutions such as Trend Micro.
• Coordinate with IT Infrastructure teams to validate and remediate security incidents.
• Conduct security risk assessments for new IT projects.
• Review vulnerability assessment reports (Qualys) and prioritize remediation activities.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and security baselines.
• Manage and audit Privileged Access Management (Delinea) systems.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in cybersecurity operations, incident response, and information security risk management.
• Strong knowledge of Splunk, Qualys, Trend Micro, Delinea, SIEM, EDR/XDR, and Windows security.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
