We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Product Specialist to guide and support Agile software development teams in delivering high-quality products and solutions. The ideal candidate will act as a servant-leader, fostering collaboration, removing impediments, and ensuring adherence to Agile principles and Scrum practices.

Candidates must possess a strong IT and software development background, preferably with previous hands-on experience as a Software Developer or Technical Professional, enabling them to effectively engage with development teams and product stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Agile & Scrum Leadership

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Guide teams in implementing Agile best practices and Scrum methodologies.
  • Promote Agile values, transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Team Coaching & Support

  • Act as a coach and mentor to development teams.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Help teams identify and resolve challenges impacting delivery.

Product & Backlog Management

  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to maintain a well-defined and prioritized product backlog.
  • Support product planning, requirement clarification, and sprint readiness activities.
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives and development priorities.

Delivery Management

  • Identify and remove obstacles affecting team productivity and sprint commitments.
  • Track sprint progress, team velocity, and delivery metrics.
  • Provide regular updates and reporting to stakeholders and management.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Promote effective decision-making and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure project goals, timelines, and deliverables remain aligned.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Equivalent practical experience may be considered.

Certifications

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent Agile certification preferred.

Experience

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Product Specialist, or similar Agile leadership role.
  • Strong background in IT and Software Development environments.
  • Previous experience as a Software Developer or Technical Professional is highly desirable.

Technical & Professional Skills

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and product delivery lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and foster a positive team culture.
  • Experience working with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.

Language Requirements

  • Arabic Speaker (Mandatory).
  • Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Contract Details

  • Contract Duration: 12 Months (Extendable)
