The candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience and meet the following qualifications

Qualifications & Experience:

  1. 5+ Years of Experience in QA
    • Strong knowledge of QA processes, test planning, and defect tracking.
  2. Manual Testing Proficiency
    • Ability to create and execute test cases, track bugs, and perform exploratory testing.
  3. Requirement Analysis Expertise
    • Translate business requirements into test cases, work with stakeholders, and ensure traceability.
  4. Automation Testing Experience
    • Proficiency with tools like Selenium, Appium, Postman, and RestAssured for API, web, and mobile testing.
  5. Performance Testing Knowledge
    • Experience with tools like JMeter and LoadRunner, identifying performance bottlenecks.
  6. Git Proficiency
    • Skilled in version control, branching, merging, and conflict resolution using Git.
  7. Agile Methodology Familiarity
    • Comfortable in Scrum/Kanban environments, using TDD and working with backlogs.
  8. Strong Time Management
    • Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
