- 7+ years of project management experience, with a focus on data management, governance, and analytics projects.
- Proven experience working with different entities on data-related projects.
- Strong expertise in data governance, data sharing frameworks, and compliance with different data regulations.
- Technical & Business Expertise:
- In-depth knowledge of different Government data policies, open data initiatives, and security standards.
- Familiarity with data management tools (e.g., Informatica, Collibra, Talend, Snowflake, SQL, Power BI).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their role in government data initiatives.
- Project Management Skills:
- Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Certifications (Preferred):
- PMP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or SAFe Agile.
- Data Governance or Management certifications (DAMA, CDMP).
