7 to 10 years of professional experience in Oracle Procurement/SCM Applications implementation, including minimum 7 ERP implementation cycles which includes UAE localization experience in the relevant modules.

 Responsibilities

  • Conduct project activities in line with project plan and scope within time, quality, and budget constraints.
  • Design and Test Custom Solutions
  • Conduct system testing
  • Support the end users to fix their daily systems issues and bugs
  • Work with Oracle Support and hosting provider to resolve issues
  • Conduct business analysis and requirements gathering sessions.
  • Building integration with Legacy systems with development resource.
  • Consult in Data cleansing activities
  • Preparing Future process documents, Functional documents, Setup Document etc
  • Preparing training Manual
  • Conduct Training sessions
  • Prepare UAT scripts
  • Conduct UAT

Qualifications

  • Experience in working in a global Procurement/SCM environment with multi business groups, multi operating units, organizations, currencies, etc.
  • Excellent understanding of Procurement/SCM related Database tables and API’s.
  • Good technical knowledge in SQL, PL/SQL.
  • Experience creating reports in SplashBI or any other reporting tool.
  • Excellent understanding of Procurement/SCM accounting.
  • Exceptional ability to diagnose and solve system problems while maintaining professionalism and courtesy.
  • Adaptable and resourceful, capable of working under pressure to meet aggressive deadlines with limited resources.
  • Proven interpersonal skills; ability to work productively and professionally with any level of business and technical resources.
  • Self-starter and strong self-initiative to meet project deliverables, overcome issues, and effectively communicate project timelines for deliverable and resources.
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Assertive with strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively with other areas of management.
  • System administration (responsibilities, Menus, Functions, Users and security profile).
  • Experience in the public sector is a plus.
