The Oracle EBS SCM Functional Consultant will support and maintain Oracle Supply Chain Management modules (Procurement, iSourcing, and Inventory) as part of a managed service contract.
The role requires bilingual proficiency to assist users effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide functional support for Oracle SCM modules (Procurement, iSourcing, and Inventory) during official working hours.
• Work with stakeholders to customize, develop, and maintain reports, forms, and backend scripts.
• Support system upgrades, patching, and integrations with approval from relevant departments.
• Ensure security and data integrity of SCM modules, complying with policies. • Deliver training to staff, particularly new joiners, on SCM module usage.
• Provide support for critical issues during non-business hours as required.
• Document all support and maintenance activities for handover.
• Sign an NDA and adhere to policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, IT, or related field.
• 8–11 years of experience in Oracle EBS SCM modules (Procurement, iSourcing, Inventory).
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic (mandatory).
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work onsite at headquarters.
