Job Description :
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Bachelor Degree or higher in IT Field ( Academic )
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Network+ or Cisco CCNA Certified.
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Full understanding of PC components
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Upgrading, downgrading RAM and Hard Drives.
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Proper backup of user data in case of emergencies or replacing PCs.
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Troubleshooting Printers, scanners and fixing the regular issues.
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Cooperating with the support teams as per the service contract for the printers/scanners and the networking team in SFD.
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Proper documenting of assets as per SFD criteria.
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Monitor the printer cartridges and the availability of the stocks.
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Good understanding of AV equipment’s to prepare meetings, connecting or share the content to videowall.
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Reporting daily work using the internal system in SFD
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Understanding of Information security procedures.
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Good knowledge of security threats.
