Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Administrator to support the Human Resources department. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, maintaining employee documentation and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records
- Prepare HR documents
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist in recruitment processes by scheduling interviews, posting job ads, and communicating with candidates.
- Handle routine queries from employees regarding HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and company policies.
- Generate HR-related reports and maintain data confidentiality at all times.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in HR administration, preferably in the UAE.
- Familiarity with UAE Labor Law and visa procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English and Arabic
