BITECH is hiring an experienced Contracts Manager to collaborate closely with the Procurement Department in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing contracts between the entity and vendors. The Contracts Manager will play a key role in ensuring that all contractual agreements align with organizational policies, legal requirements, and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with vendors following the tender and bidding process.
- Ensure contracts clearly outline terms of business, including deliverables, timelines, payment terms, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with the Procurement Department to shortlist vendors and finalize contract terms.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of legal and regulatory requirements to mitigate risks.
- Manage contract amendments, renewals, and terminations as needed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors regarding contractual matters.
- Maintain an organized repository of all contracts and related documentation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and management, preferably within procurement or vendor management.
- Strong understanding of legal and commercial terms in contracts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
- Knowledge of tender and bidding processes is a plus.
- English and Arabic language is mandatory
