This role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, identify areas for improvement, and support the implementation of IT governance and management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements for the project, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives (facilitate workshops)
- Collaborate with IT and business leaders to define and implement governance and management processes based on the framework.
- Analyse current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions.
- Support the design and implementation of business process improvements, ensuring compliance with principles and guidelines.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams in the application of practices.
- Monitor and report on the progress of the project, ensuring that milestones and objectives are met.
- Conduct training and awareness sessions for stakeholders on principles and practices.
- Document Procedures and process as required.
Skills:
- Proficiency in business process modelling and analysis tools (Visio)
- Knowledge of IT governance and management frameworks, including.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ability to document and deliver training material
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
