Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Interior Fit-Out Draftsman to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed drawings and 3D models for interior fit-out and joinery projects. You will collaborate closely with designers, project managers, and site teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of design concepts into production-ready drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate AutoCAD drawings, 3D models (SketchUp/other), and shop drawings for joinery and interior fit-out projects.

  • Develop detailed working drawings, sections, and elevations as per project requirements.

  • Ensure that all drawings comply with design intent, client requirements, and material specifications.

  • Coordinate with design, estimation, procurement, and site teams to ensure alignment throughout project phases.

  • Interpret architectural and interior design plans and translate them into technical drawings for manufacturing and installation.

  • Modify and update existing drawings based on site conditions, design revisions, or client feedback.

  • Maintain a library of standard details, drawings, and templates.

  • Work efficiently to meet tight project deadlines without compromising on accuracy or quality.

  • Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technical standards related to interior fit-out and joinery.

Requirements:

    • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

    • 1–3 years of experience in interior fit-out or joinery drafting.

    • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design/drafting software.

    • Strong knowledge of fit-out construction techniques, joinery detailing, and material specifications.

    • Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings, layouts, and design plans.

    • Excellent time management and communication skills.

    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
