We are seeking a highly experienced Cybersecurity Leader with a strong offensive security background to lead advanced security operations, red teaming activities, threat hunting initiatives, and incident response programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and enhancing cybersecurity capabilities, managing security teams, and driving the organization’s security strategy against modern cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage cybersecurity operations, red team engagements, and security assessments.
• Develop offensive security programs and adversary emulation exercises.
• Oversee incident response, threat hunting, and digital forensics activities.
• Assess and improve web application, mobile application, cloud, and infrastructure security.
• Build and mentor high-performing cybersecurity teams.
• Implement security frameworks, policies, and best practices.
• Utilize MITRE ATT&CK and cyber kill chain methodologies to strengthen defensive capabilities.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to reduce cyber risk.
• Prepare security reports, risk assessments, and executive-level presentations.

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of cybersecurity experience with a strong offensive security background.
• Proven leadership experience managing cybersecurity teams and building security capabilities.
• Deep expertise in:

• Web Application Security
• Mobile Security (iOS & Android)
• Red Teaming
• Incident Response
• Cloud Security
• Threat Hunting
  • Strong knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK, Cyber Kill Chain models, adversary emulation, and modern attack techniques.
  • Experience with scripting and programming languages such as Python, Bash, and PowerShell.

Preferred Certifications:

• OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional)
• OSWE (Offensive Security Web Expert)
• OSEP (Offensive Security Experienced Penetration Tester)
