As a Senior Executive specializing in Quality, ISO, and Risk Management, you will lead efforts to ensure that the organization’s products, services, and processes meet high-quality standards, comply with ISO (International Organization for Standardization) requirements, and effectively manage risks. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems, ISO certifications, and risk mitigation strategies to enhance organizational performance and reputation. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of quality management principles, ISO standards, and risk management frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Management Systems (QMS) Development and Implementation:
- Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) in accordance with relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Establish quality policies, procedures, and processes to ensure consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Define quality objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and monitor organizational performance.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate QMS effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- ISO Compliance and Certification:
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards applicable to the organization’s industry or sector (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001).
- Coordinate and facilitate ISO certification processes, including documentation preparation, internal audits, and external assessments.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to address non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain documentation and records required for ISO certification and regulatory compliance.
- Risk Management and Mitigation:
- Identify, assess, and prioritize risks associated with organizational activities, products, and services.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies and controls to mitigate identified risks effectively.
- Establish risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures to promote a proactive approach to risk mitigation.
- Monitor and review risk exposure regularly and adjust risk management strategies as necessary.
- Continuous Improvement and Performance Excellence:
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and performance excellence across the organization.
- Lead initiatives to optimize processes, enhance product/service quality, and streamline operations.
- Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among teams to implement best practices and lessons learned.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics related to quality, ISO compliance, and risk management to drive improvement efforts.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:
- Serve as a subject matter expert on quality, ISO, and risk management, providing guidance and support to stakeholders.
- Communicate quality objectives, ISO requirements, and risk management strategies to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with suppliers, partners, and regulatory bodies to ensure alignment with quality standards and requirements.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance awareness and understanding of quality, ISO, and risk management principles.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional certifications related to quality management (e.g., Certified Quality Manager, Six Sigma Black Belt) and ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) are preferred.
- Proven experience (5-8 years) in quality management, ISO certification, and risk management roles, preferably in a regulated industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles, ISO standards, and risk management frameworks (e.g., ISO 31000).
- Experience in developing and implementing quality management systems and achieving ISO certification.
