Responsibility:

As a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and directing visitors at the front desk in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls.
  • Receiving and sorting daily mail, updating contact details, and assisting in day-to-day operations.
  • Providing passes to visitors and maintaining security for the building.
  • Notifying appropriate personnel when a visitor has arrived to see them.
  • Keeping track of people arriving for appointments and managing meeting room availability.
  • Handling queries and complaints via phone, email, and general correspondence.
  • Transferring calls as necessary and taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time.
  • Maintaining safety and hygiene standards of the reception area.

Required Skills:

  • High school diploma or undergraduate (not attending university).
  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular).
  • Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills.
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively with multi-functional and diverse backgrounds.
  • Customer service and attendance skills.

Language Skills: Fluent in English and Arabic.
