Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
Perform physical and chemical testing, analyze results, and maintain detailed documentation with trend analysis and non-conformance reports.
Lead internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and ensuring compliance with HACCP, FSSC 22000 v6, Halal, and Dubai Municipality Food Code standards.
Handle Food Watch as a PIC Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues, implement corrective actions, and monitor adherence to safety protocols.
Train staff on quality control procedures, best practices, and regulatory compliance to maintain high operational standards.
Identify opportunities for process improvements in quality control and food safety, driving continuous improvement initiatives
REQUIREMENTS
Must have atleast more than 3 years of working experience
Bachelors In Food Science & Technology
Must have CQI-IRCA Approved FSSC 22000 v 6 Lead Auditor
Additional Trainings will be a plus point
