We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to turn complex information into clear, engaging learning experiences. You will work with subject matter experts (SMEs), stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to design digital, instructor-led, and blended training solutions. |

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES Learning Design & Development • Conduct learning needs analysis and define learning objectives
• Design learning experiences based on adult learning principles
• Develop eLearning, instructor-led and virtual training, job aids, and microlearning
• Build learner journeys and structured learning pathways
• Create storyboards, scripts, assessments, and interactive learning content
Content Strategy & Collaboration • Work with SMEs to extract and organize technical content
• Translate business goals into measurable learning outcomes
• Ensure training solutions align with organizational strategy
Evaluation & Continuous Improvement • Create assessments and measure learning impact (Kirkpatrick model preferred)
• Review learner feedback and performance data
• Improve and update content for engagement and effectiveness
Tools & Technical Responsibilities • Develop courses using tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia
• Manage and publish content on LMS/LxP platforms
• Use multimedia elements like videos, animations, and scenarios
Soft Skills Responsibilities • Demonstrate strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Exhibit adaptability, problem-solving abilities, and customer empathy.
