Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to turn complex information into clear, engaging learning experiences. You will work with subject matter experts (SMEs), stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to design digital, instructor-led, and blended training solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Learning Design & Development
- Conduct learning needs analysis and define learning objectives
- Design learning experiences based on adult learning principles
- Develop eLearning, instructor-led and virtual training, job aids, and microlearning
- Build learner journeys and structured learning pathways
- Create storyboards, scripts, assessments, and interactive learning content
Content Strategy & Collaboration
- Work with SMEs to extract and organize technical content
- Translate business goals into measurable learning outcomes
- Ensure training solutions align with organizational strategy
Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
- Create assessments and measure learning impact (Kirkpatrick model preferred)
- Review learner feedback and performance data
- Improve and update content for engagement and effectiveness
Tools & Technical Responsibilities
- Develop courses using tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia
- Manage and publish content on LMS/LxP platforms
- Use multimedia elements like videos, animations, and scenarios
Soft Skills Responsibilities
- Demonstrate strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Exhibit adaptability, problem-solving abilities, and customer empathy.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree
Professional Certifications: Professional certification in Instructional Designing
Years of Experience: 5+ years of instructional design experience
Nature of Experience: 3 years in positions of creating end to end learning programs
Job Specific Skills:
- Experience developing eLearning and blended learning
- Knowledge of ADDIE and SAM design models
- Proficiency with authoring tools and LMS/LxP platforms
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
