JOB PURPOSE: The overall objective of the job

 

Maintain and administer highly available and secured data and voice networks and related computing environments Ensure the availability, uptime and performance and quality of the Network Systems and services, provide enterprise-wide support for complex network systems and interconnected technologies that require day-to-day support to maintain optimum performance and utilization of network devices and services, involve in troubleshooting (Incident diagnose and analysis) to identify and resolve network issues quickly and accurately, Ensure network devices schedule backups.

Support in maintaining Cloud Network Services, DC Network Infrastructure environment, WAN, LAN network, Data & Voice lines

Analyze and resolve network faults, involve in troubleshooting to identify, and resolve network issues quickly and accurately.

Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to networks and related services.

Ensure Network System Backup, Storage and Recovery

Maintain Major Task Logs periodically on prescribed systems

Carry out Periodic Preventive Maintenance of Network Devices / minor version upgrade.

â–ª % Down time

 

Follow SOPs, Policy and Procedure, Change Management compliance, Security Compliance, Support Network Audit

 

 

â–ª Compliance with IT policy & Procedure

â–ª Periodic review of % of violation & Exception

 

 

Available to work with Flexi timings, on Regular and Shift basis subject to job nature and under tight delivery and pressure.

 

 

â–ª Adherence with Flexible timing

â–ª Available for office and off-office works.

â–ª DC Visits.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS: The skills, knowledge, and experience specific to the job in question

 

Experience/ Knowledge (Preferred):

•                 Preferred experience in banking environment.

•                 Preferred experience working with Dell Sonic Switches.

•                 Preferred experience on Aruba wireless and CPPM management.

•                 Preferred experience in managing Wan optimizer (Preference Silverpeak).

•                 Preferred experience working with NMS tools e.g. SolarWinds.

•                 Preferred experience on BMC remedy, Incident management, Problem management.

•                 Preferred experience with operation and management of technical systems and solutions, network equipment and storage area networks.
