Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Call Center Technology Architect to design, implement, and optimize contact center technology solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting scalable, secure, and high-performing call center systems that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deploy enterprise-scale CCaaS, led cloud migrations, integrated AI capabilities, and managed complex multi-country implementations.
Lead implementation and integration of contact center platforms such as Genesys, NICE, Avaya, Cisco (Webex Contact Center), Amazon Web Services (Amazon Connect)
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in contact center technologies.
- Strong knowledge of SIP, VoIP, IVR, ACD, CTI, and cloud telephony.
- Knowledge of network infrastructure and telecom protocols.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
