Role Summary
The Business Process Analysis / Process & Services Reengineering Analyst is responsible for reviewing,
analyzing, and optimizing services and business processes to ensure they are well designed and optimized
from a business and operational perspective. The role focuses on improving service efficiency, clarity, and
readiness for implementation or digital enablement by aligning business objectives, processes, and service
delivery requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Review services and processes proposed for onboarding, transformation, or improvement.
• Analyze business rules, service scope, eligibility criteria, and end-to-end workflows.
• Develop AS-IS and TO-BE process maps to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks.
• Reengineer and optimize processes to improve efficiency, turnaround time, and service quality.
• Ensure services are business-ready, operationally feasible, and suitable for implementation or
digitization.
• Elicit, document, and validate business requirements with stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions to validate service design and process flows.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical or delivery teams.
• Produce clear documentation including process maps, SOPs, service blueprints, and BRDs.
• Support governance, review, and readiness assessments.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in business process analysis, process reengineering, or service
transformation.
• Strong experience in business process modeling methodologoes and techniques.
• Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to design and assess services from a business and operational perspective.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills and ability to work in cross-functional
teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (Arabic is prefered).
