Position: IT Support Specialist
Location: Dubai
Experience:
- Over 5 years of hands-on experience in a technical role within large organizations.
- Essential background in the banking sector.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Proven expertise in application production support following ITIL best practices.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, configuring, and maintaining applications.
- Hands-on experience optimizing application performance.
- Adept at resolving tickets with precision and meeting SLAs.
- Strong background in proactive monitoring and incident analysis.
- Familiarity with TCS BaNCS application, both backend and front end.
- Understanding of SWIFT and local payment settlement processes.
- Skills in shell scripting, Jboss, Oracle, Spring, Hibernate, and a programming language.
- Competent in both Windows and Unix environments.
- Ability to handle pressure and provide support during critical production issues.
- Availability for extended hours during critical incidents and weekend deployments.
- Prompt acknowledgment and response to command center calls (24×7).
Behavioral Competencies:

- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Possession of relevant industry-standard certifications, such as ITIL.
