- Bachelor’s or Masterโs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or natural language processing (NLP).
- Proven experience working with LLMs, text-to-image models, and generative AI applications.
- Strong understanding of deep learning, transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and diffusion models.
- Familiarity with cloud-based AI services (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI) and MLOps best practices.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Experience working with APIs for OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, and Stability AI.
- Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning LLMs, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques.
- Knowledge of vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB) for efficient AI search and retrieval.
- Strong understanding of data privacy, AI ethics, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, AI Act, CCPA).
Soft Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a business-oriented AI mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
