Key Responsibilities & Skills:
- Brand Strategy & Management: Spearhead the transformation and positioning of the brand in a fiercely competitive global market. Drive comprehensive brand enhancements and establish ground-breaking collaborations with government and private sector entities to achieve tangible outcomes and massive cost savings.
- Speech Preparation & Executive Communications: Masterfully construct personalized C-Level narratives for diverse event presentations to guarantee heightened engagement and impact. Prepare and customize strategic talking points for global English media interviews, ensuring alignment with leadership objectives, and exert authoritative review over all internal and external communications.
- Event Management & Strategic Programs: Single-handedly project manage and execute massive global programs, pavilions, and industry summits capable of drawing tens of thousands of attendees and hosting dozens of entities. Oversee the setup, production, and launch of high-profile lifestyle events, hotel/restaurant openings, and large-format brand entities like fashion weeks and charity concerts.
- Marketing Campaign Management: Infuse deep creativity into corporate campaigns by founding, curating, and overseeing successful digital content platforms, such as corporate podcasts that amass tens of thousands of downloads. Promote forward-looking initiatives on international stages (such as South by Southwest) and secure consistent, high-value coverage in prominent international publications like The New York Times, CNBC, and the BBC.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Expertly manage relationships with a vast network of stakeholders, including government entities, top international buyers, and global media outlets. Act as a hands-on manager for vendors and logistics, single-handedly organizing international travel, accommodation, and talent liaising to ensure every event is consistent with the brand’s image.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Required Experience: 10 + years of experience in marketing, branding, corporate communications, and large-scale event management, preferably within government, semi-government, or technology-focused organizations.
- Leadership & Work Ethic: Proven track record of being an inspiring leader who mentors solutions-focused teams, while maintaining the personal passion and energy to roll up your sleeves and execute tasks directly.
- Modern Tools: Proficient in leveraging modern technology, including certifications in AI for Marketing, ChatGPT, and Generative AI.
- Education: Bachelor of Marketing, Management, Finance or a closely related field
