Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- B2B Client Acquisition: Proactively source, pipeline, and secure contractual agreements with corporate clients, focusing on HR Directors, Procurement Heads, and Operations Managers.
- Solution Selling & Pitching: Conduct professional presentations highlighting the strategic advantages of outsourced cleaning/support staffing (including compliance, training, and swift replacement logistics).
- SLA Contract Management: Structure, negotiate, and close Service Level Agreements (SLAs) ranging from short-term peak support to long-term annual staffing(cleaning and office support) deployments.
- Commercial Negotiation: Drive contract values effectively to align with the client’s commercial objectives while strictly protecting corporate profit margins.
- Retention & Cross-Selling: Act as the primary corporate point of contact post-onboarding to ensure service excellence and explore opportunities for upselling additional administrative staffing brackets.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years of solid B2B corporate sales experience within the UAE. Direct experience in outsourced corporate staffing, HR solutions, or commercial facility management (FM) services is mandatory.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration prefered but not mandatory.
- Corporate Presence: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with an innate ability to navigate corporate structures and build immediate trust with institutional decision-makers.
- Market Insight: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding corporate business development targets in the local region.
- Language: Complete professional fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
