The Asset Management Specialist will be responsible for managing, tracking, maintaining, and reporting on organizational assets using the Dubai Digital Government GRP system, ensuring compliance with asset lifecycle, inventory, and risk management requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and manage the Dubai Digital Government Program (GRP) – Asset Track.
  • Use asset-related modules and screens within the GRP system effectively.
  • Manage and monitor assets through the SPAN Asset Tracking System integrated with GRP.
  • Prepare, analyze, and review periodic reports related to asset movement and status.
  • Manage the full asset lifecycle, from acquisition to disposal.
  • Track and manage expired or end-of-life assets in accordance with approved procedures.
  • Coordinate asset maintenance activities through the GRP system.
  • Participate in the evaluation and assessment of expired/end-of-life assets.
  • Liaise and coordinate with Dubai Digital Government technical support teams related to asset management.
  • Conduct periodic and annual asset inventory activities and compile results and findings.
  • Ensure compliance with asset-related risk management policies and requirements.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working with asset management modules within the GRP system.
  • Proven experience using asset tracking systems, preferably SPAN integrated with GRP.
  • Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle management and inventory procedures.
  • Experience in asset reporting, reconciliation, and analysis.
  • Familiarity with asset maintenance management and risk management practices.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills, particularly with government technical support teams.

Contract:  12 months Extendable
