The role holder is responsible for setting Government-wide policies and standards related to digital transformation and then monitoring andassessing compliance to the policies and standards in alignment with Smart Dubai Strategy and KPI’s. The role holder is also responsible for communication to relevant stakeholders to ensure their awareness on all policies, standards and guidelines.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS |

|
Qualifications |
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
|
|
Professional Certifications |
• Professional certification in Strategic Planning such as CSBPP (Certified Strategy and Business Planning Professional), SPP (Strategic Planning Professional) or equivalent preferred
|
|
Years of Experience |
• 8 -10 years of relevant experience in Policy Development and Compliance
|
|
Nature of Experience |
• 4 years in position of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities
• UAE experience with government / semi-government organizations and/or multinational companies is preferred
|
|
Job Specific Skills |
• Policy and compliance principles and processes
• Statistical analysis techniques and practices
|
|
Business Language Skills |
• Fluent written and spoken Arabic and English essential
|
|
Communication and Interaction Skills |
• Adapts style and uses persuasion in delivering messages where issues may be complex, audience perspectives may be divergent, or information may be non-routine in nature
