Overview
Seeking an HR Specialist who can analyze workforce data and support training and development programs. This role combines HR operational support with data-driven decision-making and employee learning initiatives
Responsibilities
- Analyze HR data (employee evaluations records) and prepare reports/dashboards.
- Conduct training needs assessments and support the design and delivery of training programs.
- Coordinate training, evaluate training effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate employee data and support general HR activities as needed.
- Following up with managers regarding newly joined employees, and assessing them with the needed training.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 10 years experience in HR analytics and training & development is preferred.
- Strong skills in Excel and/data visualization tools.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Arabic Speaking.
