Job Description:

  • Monitor brand mentions, tags, and relevant conversations across all social media platforms (Instagram, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
  • Analyze public sentiment and flag negative trends or issues that may impact the brandโ€™s reputation.
  • Coordinate and craft timely, sensitive, and on-brand responses to user comments, questions, or complaints.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (PR, legal, content, customer service) to develop crisis communication strategies and response protocols.
  • Maintain a real-time alert system for emerging online issues or crises.
  • Identify and report fake news, misinformation, impersonation accounts, or inappropriate content related to the brand.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports highlighting sentiment trends, audience feedback, and key reputation insights.
  • Support proactive initiatives to enhance brand perception and trust online.
