- Monitor brand mentions, tags, and relevant conversations across all social media platforms (Instagram, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
- Analyze public sentiment and flag negative trends or issues that may impact the brandโs reputation.
- Coordinate and craft timely, sensitive, and on-brand responses to user comments, questions, or complaints.
- Collaborate with internal teams (PR, legal, content, customer service) to develop crisis communication strategies and response protocols.
- Maintain a real-time alert system for emerging online issues or crises.
- Identify and report fake news, misinformation, impersonation accounts, or inappropriate content related to the brand.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports highlighting sentiment trends, audience feedback, and key reputation insights.
- Support proactive initiatives to enhance brand perception and trust online.
