Job Description…

The Oracle Hyperion Techno Functional Consultant will provide support and maintenance for Oracle Hyperion (version 11.1.2.4, upgrading to 11.2.15 or higher) as part of a managed service contract.
The role involves both technical and functional responsibilities, including custom development and training.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide techno-functional support for Oracle Hyperion during official working hours.
• Develop, modify, and maintain reports, forms, and backend scripts as per Finance Department requirements.
• Support Hyperion upgrades, patching, and integrations with coordination and approval.
• Ensure security and data integrity of Hyperion, adhering to policies.
• Provide training to staff, especially new joiners, on Hyperion usage.
• Address critical issues during non-business hours as needed.
• Perform custom development for Hyperion modules at no additional cost.
• Document all activities and facilitate handover to resources.
• Sign an NDA and comply with policies.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 6–8 years of experience with Oracle Hyperion (techno-functional expertise). • Preferably bilingual (English and Arabic).
• Strong technical and functional knowledge of Hyperion modules.
• Ability to work onsite at headquarters.
